Terms & Conditions

All matters, questions, disputes, differences, and/or claims arising out of and/or concerning and/or in connection and/or consequences or relating to the Registration and Payment for Annual Membership or Event Registration, whether or not the Service or Registration has been terminated or purported to be terminated or completed, shall be referred for arbitration under The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to the Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by Association of MSMEs in Information Technology. The Award of the Arbitration shall be final and binding on the both the parties i.e., Registrant Member/Subscriber and Association of MSMEs in Information Technology. Cost of arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties. The venue of such arbitration shall be in New Delhi and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.


  • Annual Membership Fee Payment:
    1. Membership fee once paid is non-refundable.
    2. In case the membership is terminated before completion of membership period, no refund will be applicable.
  • Event Registration
    1. No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
    2. Only the registered participant can attend the event / conference / workshop & replacement is substitution not allowed
    3. No refunds will be eligible to any participant if the event / conference / workshop conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.
    4. In case event / conference / workshop is cancelled or postponed, AIM- IT will attempt to contact the participant to inform about revised dates. If registered participant is unable to attend the event / conference / workshop on the revised dates, then the amount will be refunded to the participant.
    5. Event Registration Invoice/Receipt will be emailed to the participant within 15 days from completion of event / conference / workshop.

If amount for Membership fee or Event Registration is paid twice by same payee, one transaction amount will be refunded to this payee within 15 to 20 working days.


  • Annual Membership Fee Payment:
    1. Invoice of fee payment and Certificate of Membership will be delivered to SPOC of joining organization via email within 7 days of payment. On request for physical copy of invoice, the same will be delivered to organization address via courier within 15 days of receiving such a request.
  • Event Registration
    1. Invoice of event registration will be delivered to participant via email within 7 days of payment. On request for physical copy of invoice, the same will be delivered to participant’s address via courier within 15 days of receiving such a request.

In case of any legal dispute, Association of MSMEs in Information Technology is liable to only provide a copy of relevant invoice and POD signed in case of service delivery.
